IS THERE AN INEXPENSIVE WAY TO MAKE MY MR16 LED LIGHTS FLICKER?
Is there an affordable way to make my MR16 LED lights flicker at a fast rate like 400 to 600 times a min?
I’m not even sure where to begin looking or what exactly to look for. Are there plans out there to build such a device? Can I buy something that will do it off the shelf for less than I can make it?

The link below gives lots of LED circuits. It would be a good place to start. I don’t know what an MR16 is or if it can be wired to flash. I’m guessing that it is probably easier and cheaper to find LED’s that are all ready set up to flash.
