Question by What On Earth: Is there an affordable way to make my MR16 LED lights flicker? Is there an affordable way to make my MR16 LED lights flicker at a fast rate like 400 to 600 times a min? I’m not even sure where to begin looking or what exactly to look for. Are there plans out there to build such a device? Can I buy something that will do it off the shelf for less than I can make it?
